  • Exchange is possible only in the form of a store credit that may be used for purchasing another items from YOUR CHOICE
  • We will issue a store credit for amount paid by you less shipping charges.
  • You may use the store credit either online or offline at our stores.
  • There is no expiry date on our store credits.
  • AS A STANDARD COMPANY POLICY WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.

  • Our representatives will guide you on how to ship the items back to us.Please do not ship any item to our offices without corresponding with our representatives.
  • All exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice.
  • All items must be shipped back to Your choice in its original dilverd packaging.
  • Your choice will not be responsible for lost or damaged items, while shipping them back to us.
  • All shipping costs related to the exchange must be borne by the customer
